Return, Refund and Exchange Policies
Returns:
-You have 14 days from delivery to return your item(s) to us.
-You are responsible for the return shipping costs for your item(s).
-Item(s) must be unused, and returned in the same condition as when received, including all original packaging and accessories.
-A valid proof of purchase must be provided with all returns.
-Regular‑priced items can be refunded. Sale and clearance items? Those are final‑sale and non‑refundable.
Refunds:
-Once your return lands back with us, we’ll shoot you an email letting you know it arrived and whether your refund gets the green light or the red light. If your return is approved, your refund will head right back to the same payment method you used to purchase the item(s).
Exchanges:
-If you are requesting an exchange, please send your item(s) back to us at your own cost. We will process the exchange for an item of equal or lesser value.
Other:
-If we messed up and your item(s) arrived damaged or defective, reach out to us. If the shipping carrier messed up, reach out to them.
